Designed by Frank at FAM Design, this home is a great example of what can happen when thoughtful architecture meets creative problem-solving. We love working with architects, and projects with unique lots, zoning challenges, and complex site conditions often find their way to L&D Construction. This project was no exception.

The home was designed to maximize both functionality and flexibility within the constraints of the site. The finished residence features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a thoughtfully designed floor plan that takes full advantage of every square foot. One of the standout features is the basement level, which includes a separate entrance and the ability to function independently from the main living areas, creating opportunities for rental income, guest accommodations, or multigenerational living.
Throughout the home, attention to detail is evident. From the carefully considered layout to the architectural elements and rooftop deck, every space was designed with purpose. The rooftop deck provides an additional outdoor living area while offering views of the surrounding neighborhood and Denver skyline.
