The homeowners, longtime friends of the L&D Construction team, wanted to maximize the home's existing footprint while adding the functionality and comfort their growing family needed. The home was designed to maximize both functionality and flexibility within the constraints of the site. The finished residence features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a thoughtfully designed floor plan that takes full advantage of every square foot. One of the standout features is the basement level, which includes a separate entrance and the ability to function independently from the main living areas, creating opportunities for rental income, guest accommodations, or multigenerational living.
