Located near the Perry Street light rail station, the project adds thoughtful density in a highly accessible neighborhood. Creative design solutions kept the build efficient and code-compliant, including a sunken first level that enabled a third story within height limits. Challenging soil conditions ruled out a basement, guiding a cost-effective approach.
