One of the few two-bedroom, two-bathroom ADUs built by L&D Construction, this home was designed to accommodate a variety of living situations while maximizing rental potential. Over the years, it has proven to be an incredibly successful short-term rental, with the second bedroom making it especially attractive to families and larger groups visiting Denver.

The design was part of a model that was built multiple times throughout the city, offering homeowners a choice between a third garage stall or a second primary suite. For this property, the decision to add the additional bedroom and bathroom created a more versatile living space that better aligned with both the neighborhood and the homeowners' long-term goals.
The result is an ADU that feels more like a full-sized home than a traditional accessory dwelling unit. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a thoughtful layout, the home comfortably accommodates a wider range of guests and residents while maintaining the efficiency and functionality that make ADUs so appealing.
