These repeat clients came to us ready to reimagine their home as their growing family outpaced their existing space. Loving their location, they chose to scrape and rebuild rather than relocate.

Working alongside architect Carrie Barron, we collaborated closely through the design process—providing ongoing pricing guidance to keep the project aligned with budget and vision.
The result is a thoughtfully designed home featuring an open-concept layout, dedicated office, guest room, and playroom. Elevated finishes throughout bring warmth and personality, creating a space that is both highly functional and truly feels like home.
