Advocating for ADUs
At L&D Construction, we are committed to supporting homeowners and strengthening the communities we build in. As part of that commitment, we regularly host educational events across the Denver metro area focused on Accessory Dwelling Units.
These sessions cover the full ADU process, from early planning and zoning considerations to construction and final inspections. We also host open house events where you can walk through completed ADUs and see firsthand how these spaces live and function.
